All special event prices, including tent rentals, folding tables, and folding chairs, include a one-day rental. Construction and seasonal pricing reflects a 28-day rental period. In both cases, there is a one-time delivery of $195 for each tent rental unit. We’ll automatically apply a 5% discount to orders of two tents or more.
Tent space should allow 10 square feet per person, so think carefully about how many people you expect to attend your event when deciding how many tents to order and/or what size you need.
